If I already have a website, why do I need a new one?
We build a new site from the ground up for multiple reasons including conversion, search engine rankings, relevant content and copywriting, readability and most of all conversion. What good is a website if it's not found or it doesn't convert, right? We use a proven approach that we customize for each client to deliver the best results. Note: a new website does not mean a new domain (www), the new site is just what the customer sees.
What if I have already spent money on SEO in the past?
If you've spent time and money on good SEO already, we will definitely preserve that. The algorithms change frequently and SEO should be consistently monitored and adjusted in order to maximize results. Oftentimes older sites have bad SEO or old tactics and strategies that are now red flags for search engines algorithms. We want to set you up with success and ensure that your online presence will produce the best results and rankings.
Will you get me on the first page of Google?
Search engine optimization doesn't work overnight, but with consistency it's definitely the case for the vast majority of our clients. Our primary goal is to get your business found by potential customers looking online for your service. With continuous expert local optimization, we will get you higher and higher in search on Google, Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps, and more!
Will you get me to #1 on Google?
We have many clients that rank 1st on Google, but honestly, sometimes that's not always the case. Competition can be fierce but our clients are still getting plenty of calls for more work and they know we're doing the work to get them as high as possible. Side note: If anyone EVER promises you that they CAN get you to #1 on google.. run the opposite way. We can't promise anything except our commitment to getting you new business in every way we can. … because at the end of the day, you are only going to stick with us if we drive you new customers, right?
How will I know that the program is working?
That's a very valid question and unfortunately there are a lot of companies in our field that have left a sour taste in your mouth. We recognize that and we over communicate and are completely transparent. A few ways we can show progress is through Call tracking, Bi-Weekly Reporting and a full Dashboard to show the results and analytics. You will also be working directly with a Growth Manager that not only ensures your overall success but also communicates with you on the progress along the way. We're always here to help and your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We’re confident we can get you results and will over-communicate them throughout the process.
What will be required of me?
In short, nothing, just answer the calls, and deliver great service and experience for your customers. We built this business with you and your schedule in mind. We've been in your shoes and we've worked with thousands of small business owners over the last decade, So we know you don't have the time to tackle these things on your own, that's why we're taking it off your plate. Our goal is to operate like a smooth machine in the background so that you can focus on other things in your business.
If there's no contract, what happens when I cancel?
We hope that's never the case, but we understand that circumstances can change and we want to be supportive and help with the transition. We'll make sure you have access and ownership of your online presence before we part ways.
