Here are the instructions:
Steps to grant us access to your Google My Business page:
Click here to sign into Google My Business.
Click on the location group/business account you’d like to manage.
Click "Users"
Add support@greenthumblocal.com in the box.
Under "choose a role" select "Manager"
Note: you will still be the “owner”, this does not make us the owner of your page, but it does allow us proper access to communicate with Google on your behalf and resolve the issue.
Click Invite!
**If you have more than one GMB listing, please add us to each of them.
